Stitch Your Stash: Supply List - Jeanne Oliver

The intent of this course is to use what you have, to upcycle and repurpose what is already there.
There are some very basic supplies needed for sewing and stamping and you may have many of those already. Please watch the lesson videos to see what was available to me and imagine what you already have in your stash that is similar. There are also online sources linked here for those who do not have access locally to some supplies. Support your local art store!\

Scissors for fabric
Size 5 embroidery needles
Water soluble fabric marker
Pencil
Ruler or straight edge
Doodle pad or scrap paper
Embroidery floss
Pearl cotton size 8 or similar
Sewing thread
Pins
Carving block for stamping
Carving tool
Fabric block printing ink
Small sponge or foam paintbrush
Linen (purchased or found)
Wool felt or wool clothing to felt (skirt or shirt)
Assorted white textiles (napkins, lace trims, fabric scraps, etc) Muslin or an old pillowcase
Uncooked rice
Lavender or cedar filling
Cookie cutter or PDF pattern provided
Sewing machine (optional)
Lightweight natural quilt batting
Fabric scraps
