Haidee Becker (born 1950) is an American–born painter based in London, known for her oil paintings of still-life, portraits and florals. As you listen to each interview, and also as you study her work, I hope you are impacted by the rootedness of her day to day practice and life. I was drawn the focus of her life as an artist, forever student and mother/grandmother. I found beauty in her words, home, lifestyle, art, friendships and family.
Haidee is the perfect beginning of this series as we all are on a journey to create a beautiful life with our people, and I believe she has.
