The past few months I have had the great honor of being a part of the Farmhouse Holiday Series.
I am a pretty simple decorator in general and also through the holidays.
I hope you can tell by now that I try to be present in each holiday, use what I have, use natural elements as much as possible and my heart is for the gathering of my family and friends over a perfect home. Years will do that do you. People over perfection.
Today while everyone is sharing their gorgeous family rooms and Christmas trees all ready for holidays I am sharing one of our most cozy family spots in our home.
This space is cozy and where we do school and watch movies. We don’t get our real tree until after Thanksgiving but I wanted to show a peek into this space.
Please also come back after Thanksgiving and see our whole home dressed up for Christmas.
Have the most wonderful Thanksgiving!
Come and see the other beautiful homes in the tour! Decorating and styling is their gifting and you are about to be spoiled with Christmas inspiration!

And our Featured Guest: Beneath My Heart
Love the hot cocoa station, the olive bucket filled with pine cones, the decorated chalkboard and the cat:) Where did you get the pom pom garland?
Thank you! The garland is from Anthro a few years ago. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Calm and inviting. I worked in Colorado one summer in college and loved it so much. Everytime I see your home I miss that beautiful state. Just really love your home.
You are so kind. Thank you!!!
Beautiful space. Absolutely love your taste! That painting with the 3 women, and dark background is so lovely, is it available in print at all?
Your house is so beautiful, warm and inviting! I just wanted to ask what was (or is) the bucket with the tree in it on the coffee table originally used for? I’ve never seen one! Thank you.
