For those of you that are new to the blog I want to tell you a little bit about the free series.
Over a year ago we expanded our creative network to offer free videos, new online courses, live “chats” and now interviews with courageous lovelies from around the world.
My first interview of the Creativity Takes Courage series was with the amazing Stephanie Lee.

The interview this month is designer and licensed artist Tracy Porter!
Tracy is a an amazing artist that is a published author, designer of fabrics, furniture, jewelry and clothing (and so much more).
I have to tell you that I have only known Tracy online and this interview blew me away.
I didn’t expect to hear my own thoughts and words coming back to me from Tracy’s heart and words.
I didn’t expect to be so moved by Tracy’s transparency and openness.
This interview is a gift!
I know that you will all adore her, her journey and her truths.
Things have not always been easy…and she doesn’t shy away from being honest about this.
Tracy lives in the countryside of California and her internet connection is spotty.
After almost an hour of us trying to get the image clearer and figure out the best way to record the interview we just went for it.
We are sorry that the interview image is not clear…but the sound is perfect and was so worth the extra effort!

i have been a huge fan of tracy’s for years and have loved falling in love with how she creates beauty in honestly everything she touches as visible through her ig account/ her design business…just everything! great post my friend!!
I absolutely love her designs! So bright and cheery with a delightful sense of humor. LOVE! And the photos you have here, well, they turned out really nice, too, in my opinion…I like the slight out-of-focus effect very much!

My fiancé and I would both love to have a place in the country like this some day! I have to agree with Jenn in that this is potentially the best interview you’ve done yet, despite the internet quality not being that great.
