I have just returned from teaching and creating in the south of France. How do you look at rolling hills, fields of planted wheat and sunflowers, trees dappled throughout and villages on the hilltop and even begin to capture the beauty you are seeing? Join me for this two part live Zoom course and I will take you through my steps for seeing lines and form, how to quickly paint what you just collected, how to study the landscape sketches of Van Gogh, how to create your own vocabulary of marks and how to use the medium of your choice to create representational landscapes in a short amount of time. We will end the workshop by carving a landscape lino print inspired by one of your paintings. If you have ever wanted to learn how to quickly capture a landscape while traveling or at home, I hope you will join me for this really fun course that will get you capturing the world around youEARLY REGISTRATION is open for French Landscapes with Jeanne Oliver.
