Did you know that there are only six Fridays until Christmas?
Sorry to freak you out.
The truth is that we keep Christmas pretty simple around here.
We don’t break the bank around here.
We either try to buy homemade or make it ourselves.
It means more.
At least to me.
There are so many creative and brilliant small businesses that it would be a shame not to support them and let them know we value their work.
For the next six Fridays I will be sharing some Christmas gift picks all from small business and handmade artists.
Each week will be a different theme.
Today is for all of those littles in your life.
1. Colored Pencils {these would make a sweet stocking stuffer for boys or girls)
2. Fabric Reusable Wall Decals {You have to check out this whole site. Beautiful ways to easily transform a room and your child will love them}
3. United States Chalkboard {I want this for the boy’s rooms. Love}
4. Cloth Doll {I may order one just for myself}
5. Felt Shoes {How precious are these and so beautiful they would be handed down}
6. Paper Dolls {I played with paper dolls for hours growing up and I love that my daughter loves them too}
7.Child’s Cowl Pattern {I will be requesting someone to make me one for Christmas:-)}
8. Crown Hairpins {One of the most unique hairpins I have ever seen. So cute!}
If you have a small business or you are make handmade items please leave your link in the comments so we can visit you:-)

I am excited to be a part of an amazing team of artists in Christy Tomlinson’s new MINI, online, holiday workshop.
It is pure yumminess. Come and play with us!
Thank you for letting us link up with our own business, Jeanne. That is very generous of you.
I started an Etsy shop awhile back, and I would love for it to take off this Christmas. I make gorgeous hair pieces for the little girls in our lives.

Almost every little girl I have met, my three included, love a little extra touch of detail like this…….especially at the holidays.
Til next time,
Amanda
I love the doll! I have made them for my kids and always love seeing them these many years later with all the loving wear and tear!
I started an Etsy shop too… all homemade and all ready to ship. Custom items also available.

Hey Jeanne! Those were some pretty sweet gift ideas! As an Etsy shop owner, I spend A LOT of time on Etsy browsing all the cute handmade items. Lots of talented people out there. My daughter makes knitted cowls… I am photographing her work today with some of my son’s friends. Wish me luck!! I’d love you to check out our shop, that we share together. Just give me a few days to get the cowls on the site. I think you’ll like what you see!! I will even be showing a similar cowl that you showed but with big buttons. SUPER CUTE! http://www.etsy.com/shop/vickishead
