Where do you keep your inspiration?
I have binders with magazine pages.
I have wooden bowls full of vintage books.
I have a cabinet full of lovely ironstone.
I have a glass jar of vintage wooden stamps.
We can really put the things we love around us everywhere.
I am always inspired when I see people USING their vintage linens…not just keeping them in a drawer.
Inspiration boards are everywhere and so much fun to decorate. I decided to do something a little different…I hope you love it as much as I do.
A child's dress form I embellished with so many things that I find lovely and inspiring.
i love it
how creative!!
i’ve wanted one of those exact crowns for so long…where is that fairy godmother anyway?
ps-i’ve been meaning to ask you~how is your jennibowlin subscription going? are you a scrapbooking machine? i’d LOVE to see some of your layouts as i need some fresh inspiration
has your emfalconbridge strap arrived yet?

it is perfectly sweet and is such a nice symbol of who you are and what you love.

where did you get the adorable crown?
I don’t have enough room for all the inspiration I have! I have a french photo board that I have my favorite things on…I am planning on buying and painting a wall with chalk paint to write things on. Like you I can’t resist magazines and tear out any and everything. I had to buy a 4 drawer filing cabinet to accomodate all things inspiring….one drawer is for recipes, and the other three drawers hold everything else from arts-n-craft projects, wineries, stores, you name it. I recently started a binder system for my recipes to have sheet protectors when batter if flying through the air! (No I don’t own a kitchen aid mixer YET!!!)
I have been emailed several times today about the crown and I wanted you all to know that I purchased it from Heather Bullard’s online boutique. I love it.
Beautiful display. Very creative.
I really need one of those vintage dress forms.
You are so cute. Thank you for the VERY nice compliment.
I don’t lie, it’s called- Microdermabrasion, hair color, you know, all those wonderful products that help us to stay younger looking. To help hide the gray and those lovely things called liver spots- aka old age spots!
Lovely little lovely!! The crown down to the Postale sign to the vintage key…all of it is adorable. Great photos too!
Oh, that is way too cute. I love everything on it. Where do you get these dress forms? And I demand {hee} pics of your home and ironstone-filled-cabinet now. Or, I politely request. How ’bout that?

Fabulous! Love the way you put everything together! I want one of those dress forms – I never thought before about a child’s dress form – maybe it would take up less space in my little cottage? Sure would love to hear where you got it. Thanks for the inspiration!
