This January we started the year in sunshine, rest and also creating an outline for the content I wanted to share in Art As Worship.
We came home to a polar vortex :-), taking the tree down and packing away Christmas, the urgency of a few projects and the reminder that our day to day rhythm has to also include sunshine and rest.
We can’t live as creative humans and rely on breaks/vacations to sustain us. Our days need reading, friends, thought provoking talks, walking/movement, good foods that nourish and keep us healthy and to be thoughtful about what we consume in media.
I hope some of these suggestions bring some beauty and sustaining in your day to day this week!
