Supply List
I always suggest watching my videos first to decide what you really feel like you need to add to your supply stash prior to buying anything.
- Artist grade watercolors (I will be using Daniel Smith)
- Several watercolor-only paint brushes in various sizes. Be sure to include several rounds (sizes 1-6 are all awesome)
- Small watercolor scrubber brush
- Watercolor journal with artist-grade watercolor paper
- 1-8X10 or 9X12 pad of watercolor paper-cold press artist grade #140 lb. paper (tape-bound)
- Mechanical pencils (.3 lead, HB)/ White vinyl eraser
- Roll of artist tape
- Stapler/Scissors/Paper trimmer
- Water container/Spray bottle filled with water
- Paper towels/table salt
- Fine-point white marker (Optional – Wait to see if you have one that will work before buying a new one!)
- Liquid Frisket (Optional – Wait to watch before buying!)
- Gold leaf/adhesive or adhesive pen/brush (Optional – Wait until you see the project to be sure you want to invest in this stuff!)
- White Erase Lap Board (Helpful/Optional – To mix colors prior to painting)
- Ranger Craft Dryer (Helpful/Optional – Helps speed up drying layers)
- 8X10 White Framing mat (Helpful/Optional – To cut and create a viewfinder)
