Acrylic paints in your favorite colors. Include white and black and Night (or Payne’s Gray)
Your favorite paint brushes in various sizes, including one that is a household paint brush size (3″ or 4″)

Stabilo All Pencil
Other drawing implements, like Conte Pencil, Charcoal pencil, oil pastels, water-soluble crayons, etc. You don’t need all, use what you already have.
Water sprayer
Your art journal
Mark-making implements like chopsticks, bubble wrap, etc.
9×12″ watercolor paper (I like student-grade Canson XL)
Pens for journaling. My favorite black pen is the Fudeball. My favorite white pen is the water-based poster-paint Sharpie in extra-fine.
Ephemera like book paper, images of woman torn from magazines, etc.
Several 22″x30″ sheets of watercolor paper, I like Portofino. You could also do Stonehenge, if you prefer.
Optional: Other substrates you enjoy working on, like wood panels, canvases, etc. Even cardboard! Don’t spend a lot of money, use what you have already.
