( pretty little ways to bring more SOUL into the day.)
little pockets filled with color and flare.
long ago. dancing in this girl’s memory.
simple. lemonade summers. hot chocolate winters.
this girl telling those stories she collected and stuffed deep in her pockets.
Each day we work. we stress and some days we collapse on the couch exhausted. The next day we begin again. In the lands of the middle there is a girl who craves creativity. color and
story. She finds simple ways to express herself and add color to each day. Art soothes her soul, and the layers of color allow her to soak up the world in a way that adds back in the bits with simple lessons.

soul.full. a one-week guided field trip that explores how to bring in creativity everyday and new habits that will give you an artist’s nudge and put a smile on your face.

Soul in my day starts and ends with music. It’s my work, it’s my joy, it’s my passion. Jo @ Let’s Face the Music
I shared this giveaway on FB. Jo @ Let’s Face the Music
I don’t know how else to answer the question other than say – “he is my soul”… I am a caregiver to my son who requires 24/7 constant and continual care. He is now 20 but extremely fragile (he has multiple disabilities). I do everything for him and he is my soul – truly my reason for existence…
I give soul to my day by dancing with my little daughter and by drawing little mini-worlds.
Adding soul to my day varies from day to day, but some ways are having heart to heart conversations with friends, honest and open journaling, spending time outdoors, doing something fun which usually means creating art, playing the piano, and having quiet moments with my Creator. Thank you for a chance at this giveaway!
Oh this would be amazing to win! Kelly’s art is definitly soul-ful! Love!
Sharing of myself in some small way every day is the way I add soul to my life.
Every day is different. I love adding soul to my day by a walk outside in nature, reading a book, sketching, singing or dancing. My soul is happiest when I am with both my boys laughing and connecting.
Poetry and prayer make my day more soulful.
Whoops! Forgot my name.
Poetry and prayer make my days more soulful.
You are an inspiration!!
Adore Kelly and her art. Thanks for a fun giveaway.

I’m dealing with some health things so adding soul to my day is hard. Like really hard! It’s tough to find it when when I’m in pain so I find soul in the little things like my heating pad that comforts me, or my loyal dogs kisses that brighten my day.
Pinned it to spread the word!
Facebook-ed this giveaway for you!
IGed it but won’t take #soul.full (with the period!) So I tagged you and my name is @hollycreates…Thanks a ton!
Prayer, music, and a little bit of art each day adds soul to my day 🙂
I put soul into my writing, my sketches, my daily routine. I am reminded when I take a walk outside and see the beauty of nature through a camera lens and with just my eyes. I love doodling outside. I end my day with soul as well … always a eptom salt/sea salt bath, listening to chakra bowls, and taking some deep breaths as I release my day and focus on what I am grateful for. Thank you for this opportunity. Can’t wait for class to begin.
I add soul to my day by feeling grateful for my family and dear friends and by looking forward to each new exciting experience that comes my way.
I’ve got nothing right now. Lost my dad this week but I’m sure if I won these it would help. Love your art especially the elephants. My dad loved elephants.
I have the absolute soul full joy of helping raise my 2 yr. old granddaughter, and we start & end our day with a kiss & hug. On the days she’s not with me, I close my eyes & send her the kiss & hug. She is my muse, and she already loves being at her easel while GiGi is at her own. She loves working with chalks, but lately has been asking for paints & brushes, so we are exploring all sorts of things as she grows.
Looking up at the sky when I leave my building. Nature, laughter and art ~ all these things add soul to my day.
p.s. shared on FB and Pinterest 😀
Soul… It’s who you are. Who we are so easily gets pushed aside, buried or let’s face it a bit beat up. So to bring back the soul I connect with my best friends daily and try to create. Even if it’s just the plans in my head. My latest creations are inspired by the #studyingunderthemasters course I started. My best friend and fellow artist enrolled too and even though we live a thousand miles apart we connect thru our shared artwork. Squishy, lushious, juicy art supplies are our shared obsession. A bit of this and a stroke of that reveals something completely new and when that happens “me” returns. Soul grounded. Breath taken.
I add soul to my day by creating!!! Great artwork! Thank you for this great giveaway!
Thanks for such a great opportunity to win this fantastic giveaway! The thing I do daily for my soul is to visit creative blogs such as this one to inspire me to create my own art or just for for the simple pleasure of enjoying what others create!

I bring soul into my life with music, bringing nature indoors and going outside and enjoying all the amazing things around me, leaves falling in the wind, shells on the shore, the sounds of waterfalls in my yard and the chirping of birds. I also get my soul full with looking at all the amazing blogs on youtube of art. When my soul is full, I am more creative!
Adding soul each day is what keeps me going. A devotional and some time in my art studio. Even if it is just to straighten, prep or plan my next project. I shared and will post on my blog.
Can’t wait…so excited!!!
Bringing soul into my day is most often art and painting! Creating art ignites something in me nothing else does 🙂

I add soul to my day – first by remembering to be kind to myself, allowing time for meditation, yoga, painting, sketching, gratefulness, hugs, smiles, appreciation, seeing the beauty in everything, slowing down, remembering…where and when I can.

Our house right now is filled with music…it does my soul good, but when we moved I never really unpacked my art supplies…I really need to bring more into my every day! Sharing this course with a friend and maybe we can collaborate together on this!
I love to doodle and draw little pictures with soulful sayings on them. I hand them out to friends, my family, and leave them for the hard working wait staff that serve me at a restaurant. I hope they like getting them as much as I like making them. Probably not:) but my soul does.!

I add soul into my day through personal connections….Sometimes that means moments of laughing with my kids, or maybe it is delving deeper with a friend. I might have a chance to encourage someone, or at other times it is just me and God, and I am able to unpack my heart through the process of creating art. As I write this, I realize how important this is for me, and I appreciate these “soul connections” all the more.
I add soul to my day by Bible art journaling…never far from my watercolor paints, micron pen and Bible. Would love some new paints!

I celebrate Soul Full with feeling good, driving in the country, art & books!! I shared on FB
I try to take advantage of soul when I have the time and line my nest with it. It’s such a relief to come home from a 12 hour day and enter a space that reflects my creativity back when I have none of my own. What others might consider a ‘mess,’ I consider an open invitation to pick up where I left off.
prayer and quiet!
green, trees grass…or blue…sky or sea…and a deep breath to appreciate it all…will pin twitter and FB to spread the word!
Nature, art, a cup of tea (or two) and people I love…
I add soul to my day by breathing in the air and soaking up the sun. Smelling my daughters neck and high fives with the older ones. I add paint and decoupage when ever possible.
