I am heading to Seattle tomorrow morning….EARLY!
I am so excited.
Not only will I get to play with friends the whole weekend…I will also be visiting a city that I have never been to.
With my camera in hand I can't wait to explore.
Becky and I will be staying with Lissa.
Sasha will also be joining us on Friday night for dinner.
I can't wait to tell you all about it and to show you some of my photos.
Lissa and I can talk… A LOT!
Becky can talk too but we are just much more "talented" in this area.
If you remember my stories from Brave Girl Camp….at one point Becky sat up and told us to "please shut up".
She says she doesn't remember any of that…hmmmmmm.
I will say that it was around 2 am and we should have been sleeping.
So…I don't expect to sleep much.
I do expect to….
Antique a lot.
Eat great food.
Walk…walk…walk and walk some more.
Take a ton of photos and laugh until I cry.
I love these girls.
They do my heart good.
They are real, funny, creative, honest and they love the Lord with all their hearts.

ps When you are leaving Seatac….look to your left. Gate N2, I believe, is where they filmed one of THE coolest scenes in “Sleepless in Seattle.” : ) I was just there a week or so ago!

have a great time Jeanne- Seattle is one of my favorite cities- so beautiful and colorful- A photographer paradise. The Anthropologie in downtown Seattle is amazing- three floors and the sweetest shop you must visit is WATSON KENNEDY FINE LIVING- you will love it and there is a sweet donut kiosk in Pikes place market- the flowers and fresh fruit are heaven.
I lived in Seattle when I was first married. It was such a fun place to walk around, the Pike Marketplace was my fav place to go. Hopefully it will be clear. It is overcast quite a bit. I had been there for four months and one morning opened my window shade and was shcoked to see Mt. Rainer smack in front of me. It had always been overcast up until that day, I didn’t even realize I had such a spectacular view. Have fun. Can’t wait to see your photos.

Oooh my home town! Be sure and have lunch or Dinner at the Pink Door in Post Alley. Very good food, funky atmosphere, AND you can even have your palm read while dining! Had one of my best girls nights there.
