For beginners we recommend this hook
Linen or burlap backing
10-15 colors of yarn in various textures (choose your own palette)
Wool cloth, new and/or recycled
Scissors
Hoop, old wooden picture frame or baby quilt frame
Sharpie marker
Upholstery needle
Tan upholstery thread
White cotton cloth (old tea towel or pillow case will do)
Water & bowl
