Back in February I was having dinner with a few good friends in California and I couldn’t keep my eyes off one of my friend’s necklaces! It was exquisite, interesting and a work of art. It had been wrapped a few times around her neck to make it shorter and she quickly took it off so I could examine it. The whole piece was full of intricate attention to detail. We were even able to wrap it around our wrists and create the most beautiful wrap bracelet.
Well, I tracked this jewelry artist down and I am excited to tell you that Eclectic Beaded Crochet Jewelry with Robin Dudley-Howes is now teaching on our creative network!
I wanted to give away one of these gorgeous necklaces/wrap bracelets to celebrate!

I love pearls because of the way they are created by a simple grain of sand inside the oyster and the process of that little tiny sand turning into something so precious is amazing. I think I have shared about this class haha but just in case I will share again.xo
I wanted a beautiful necklace with a vintage sailboat on a bake lite buckle, that Jennifer valentine had for sale, years ago. I sat down to order it and it was sold. so sad. fast forward a few years, she had been looking for the pieces and finally found it all and gifted me one. I treasure that piece. Oh I could go on and on, my mother’s beautiful turquoise collection, etc! sharing on fb, liked on instagram, will pin for extra chances. thank you!!
For Mother’s Day a few years ago, my kids and husband gave me a necklace made from antique rosary beads, relics, and beads. I love it!
I’ve been wearing the same bracelet every day for quite a while now, it is made by Silpada. It’s silver and it says “live laugh inspire blessed” on it. It reminds me how lucky I am every day!
I have been blessed in the past couple years to do some traveling in Bali, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan and India, and treasure the prayer beads and necklaces from each of these places…and when I wear them I am reminded to pray for the people groups in these regions, and to know our Father will gather His people together out of ‘every nation, kindred, tribe and nation.’
My favorite piece of jewelry is my wedding ring. Such a great reminder to me of the commitment and sparkle in my marriage and journey in this life.
I love an collect one of a kind handmade jewelry. I love adding found trinkets from flea markets etc to them. I love pieces that are versatile like the piece you are featuring. Love that you can wear it as a necklace or as a bracelet depending on your fashion choice of the day! I’m sharing on all social media!
My favorite piece of jewelry is a piece that I purchased at a Farmer’s Market. It is a necklace with a large Sacred Heart pendant wrapped with a gorgeous ribbon. I love pieces that are original and created by artists with love. I will definitely check out the creative courses that are offered. I am Not a creative person, but I always hoped to learn how to tap into my creativity. This may help me achieve that goal.

Who would not want this?????I can’t wait for the class!
My grandmother gave me a necklace when I was younger, and when I was older I saw that it was made up of watch parts and stone beads. It is the most whimsical thing I’ve ever known of that is related to my grandmother, who was a bit serious and intense.

One of my favorite pieces of jewelry that I seem to wear so often is a simple ceramic house hanging from a black cord that was made by pottery artist Julie Whitmore. It represents hearth and home which are so important to me.

I have a hand-carved cameo brooch that’s a family heirloom.
A few years ago I made a necklace with laborodite and Mercury glass beads and placed an old silver perfume bottle of my mothers hanging from the bottom. I can remember seeing that old perfume bottle on my mothers make up table years ago. It brings back old memories…
One of my favorite pieces is a ring I inherited from my sister when she lost her battle with cancer. It is gold with a rectangular box setting that flips, one side has onyx and the other a cameo.
What a lovely piece! My favorite jewelry item is the wedding band set around my left ring finger….it has layers and layers of symbolism within it…the diamond solitaire was given so sweetly long ago when we were college juniors…babies, really! haha Then in our immaturity we separated for several months and did some much needed growing up and were reunited and a coordinating band was added, followed by a simple band of gold on our wedding day 25 years ago and finally completed with an anniversary band of 5 diamonds representing our family…thanks for the giveaway & my your lovely daughter is growing up so quickly!! Blessings! xo
My favorite piece of jewelry is a necklace that I made myself with all of my favorite silver charms…a little lotus, a vintage virgin mary charm, a locket, a pearl that my husband gifted to me and a little rhinestone for sparkle. My favorite piece of jewelry is a set of stacking rings I got for my 40th birthday. The stones are differing sizes and represent our family. There are birthstone for a few of us, a Jade stone for my daughter named Jade, and the biggest is a moonstone for our wedding anniversary and ny youngest son’s birth month, which is actually April, and I Iiked the white of the moonshine instead of a clear stone. I love how I got to customize the piece and the Etsy artist I bought it from was great to work with. I will have to look into taking this jewelry course to make some more meaningful jewelry for myself and to give away. Thanks for the chance to win!
I love these ‘junk gems’ and I need all the pearls of wisdom I can find! Thank you for a chance to win.xx

I love love love the eclectic vibe and the story this necklace tells. I have many sentimental favorites I enjoy wearing, but if I had to choose just one, it would have to be my engagement ring. My husband picked it out completely by himself and nailed it. He found a “vintage style” setting in 2000 before anyone was really thinking that way. He added sapphires on each side of the diamond BEFORE Chandler gave one exactly like it to Monica on the TV show Friends. LOL. He was ahead of the times, and we were vintage before vintage was cool! So glad to have all this company on the vintage train now though!

I am very sentimental with jewelry. Right now my favorite is a bracelet made from tiny plastic beads and wire. 18 months ago I went on a mission trip to an orphanage and a girl that I had been connecting with made it.
i pinned this post on one of my pinterest boards.
xo, katie
probably my ring from when my partner and i had our ceremony 15 years ago.
we bought it at an antique show for less than 100$, but i am still so happy with it.
i also love my necklace with my favorite cross and medallions with my children’s names on them.
this necklace is gorgeous; i have already signed up for this course.
thank you, katie
I absolutely love the unique types of jewelry with multiple styles used together, like metal leaves, pearls, gem stones, ribbons, mixed colors & textures, etc. That way you can wear it with everything and it always looks great, casual or dressy, a new & old look combined. My perfect kind of jewelry, in fact I made some jewelry in the past, I’m a hand crafter from way back but your style is tricky to get it to look just right the way you’ve achieved it to – it looks amazing. My permanent addiction is crochet, so I’m low on cool jewelry to wear with it! 🙂
