Strong

When you spend so many years not feeling well you can forget how amazing it is to feel good!

The past two months I have not experienced almost any of the health issues I have struggled with for the past eight years.

I feel healthy.

I feel focused.

I feel able to give my children the attention they need and deserve.

I feel able to accomplish anything.

Good for you. Sam’s Club has some great glutin free flaxseed crackers. I have forgotten the name since the box is so big I repackage the crackers, but they come in a gold/yellow box.

I’m so glad you feel better…and strong! Feeling healthy is so important. I remember a quote from long ago that has stuck with me: “He who has health, has hope, and he who has hope, has everything”:)

Yay Jeanne! This week I started a serious workout program (P90X) with my husband– the first real exercise of my adult life. To my surprise, I am capable! I am energized! I am strong, too! Each night I thank God for a strong body. I’ve taken it for granted too long.

So Awesome! Jeanne!! I am so happy for you!
BTW, if you are ever in the Springs, Chapel Hills Mall has a new Crepe Shop with GLUTEN FREE crepes!! They do have dairy – but they are scrumptious!!
    Stay Well,

Jeanne, don’t you wish more people knew about functional medicine? I just did last fall after not finding answers through my traditional doctors. My first appointment was an hour and half long! Maybe at some point I’ll post about it, like you have. Traditional docs are skeptical but functional medicine is so scientific and takes in how all of our different systems interact, which makes so much sense. I am SO happy that you are feeling better. There is nothing worse than having no energy, let alone all the other myriad symptoms you were experiencing. Thank you for sharing your story!!! xx Suzanne

I’m so happy for you, Jeanne. (I’m experiencing unwellness/illness myself due to the H1N1 that I had in the fall and can tell you I am dreaming of feeling well again)

Me, too! I just posted something about how I played tennis for the first time in forever, and while ID dint explain the details of why that was such a big deal, it’s very much like your story. Thank you, Lord, for renewed health and energy! Thank you, Lord, for sustaining our families through the empty years. Bless you!!! Xo…Linsey
