If you had the chance to read my last blog post you will know that three months ago we sold our beautiful mid-century home, we have been out of the country teaching and traveling for the past three months, in a few days we will be heading back to the US and Nashville will be our home. In 2025 I created a studio tour for Kasia and Jamie at Wanderlust/Everything Art for their online creative community. At the time of the filming we still thought we would have two more years in the mid-century before joining our children in Nashville. Even though some things in the video are outdated because of recent decisions I still wanted to give you a proper tour of this space that served me so well over the past 2 1/2 years.
At the time of this post we do not know what are home or studio will be like in Nashville but because my studio has been a kitchen table, unfinished basement, a dinning-room, a 1300 sq ft studio, a 400 sq ft studio, and making the most of spaces while we travel…I am certain that wonderful space is waiting for me.

Oh, Jeanne, I remember wayyyy back when you first started. I have learned so much from you and the artists you have shared. It has been such a pleasure watching you grow and the success that you are now enjoying. We are lucky to have our children and grandchildren, and great grandchildren near us and that has brought us so much joy and many blessings. Nothing like sitting down to Sunday dinner with the family. I wish you all the best in your new adventure. Oh, btw, because both my husband and I have Italian heritage, we travelled to Italy several times over the years. But, in 2014, I went to study Italian in Florence and fell in love with it all!! I have been back several times to study more Italian and just to visit and enjoy all things Italian!!

How wonderful to see your studio! I love your white poured flooring too, but I wonder: do you have to remove the acrylic paint immediately? On the floor below the painting on the wall, I see paint drips. Are you leaving it like that? Thanks for sharing!
Inspiring studio – and how freeing it must feel to also be stuioless for a while as well – something about being untethered that also inspires in a different way.
Dearest Jeanne, I love how you create your own “WONDERLAND” .. wherever you live and travel. I have taken many, many, many of your on-line art classes and was privileged to take an in-person class at your beautiful home with magnificent studio. I wish for you and your family many more fun, fabulous adventures as you travel the road of life. I look forward to traveling some of these roads with you .. be they via ‘cyberspace’ or on art retreats.

Love the space. I know how important light is as I have retina issues. Wondering if you would let me know what kind of table/magnifying light that sits on your desk worktable. I am needing a new one. Thank you.
