COURSE COMMUNITY
The first lesson in every course is the Course Community. This is the lesson in a course where you can ask the teacher questions, post your own comments and interact with other members of this course.
The instructor is available for the first four weeks after a course launches and will interact here and in the Facebook group. After four weeks a course is considered self-study and the instructor may no longer be available .
We are excited to offer something new when it comes to course interaction with the teacher and workshop.
There are a large number of our members that are not on Facebook and we have come up with some new ideas to allow them to also enjoy the extras that are provided when a teacher is live within a course.
Please share your art in the JO Creative Community Facebook group. The instructor will also be answering questions there. Please make sure to tag the instructor (like always) so he/she sees your questions and comments.
If an instructor chooses to have live Q+As, demos etc. we will have the Zoom links in the course lessons. These meetings and demos will be recorded and will become a permanent part of your course as bonus lessons.
We hope you will enjoy these changes and we are excited to see how these bonus lessons and interaction sessions impact the online workshop.
