You can try the Primo euro blend, charcoal pencils 3B (they have a very dark lead). General compressed charcoal. Kneaded eraser. A used paintbrush to use in powdered charcoal. I use an old Filbert brush about 3/8”. Paper towels.
Paint supplies: Golden brand Heavy body White Titanium Paint. We don’t use much white so if you have another brand that is fine.
Payne’s Grey: in Golden, heavy body paint. This color is only found in the Golden brand. It resembles a navy. Caution: It’s the new black!
Gesso to prime your surface of choice: paper, canvas, wooden panel board. Gesso-ing gives a good surface to paint on. I find if you use the canvases without Gesso they really pull at the paint. Use an old brush to apply the gesso.
Two brushes 3/8” and 1/8” I use a filbert. Use a water mister to mist paint to keep the paint moist so it doesn’t dry out as fast. Rag.
