Course Description

Be moved by the wild idea of flowers to paint a still life arrangement found only in your imagination. You’ll learn to find inspiration in images from various sources, build an arrangement on the canvas, paint a variety of vessels, and bravely mix paint in unexpected combinations.

I never paint flowers exactly as they appear in nature. Instead, I allow myself to be moved by their shapes and the ways they stand and bend. I find creative freedom when I paint these wild flowers.
