I hope you are all enjoying the beginning of summer.

I have loved seeing some of my plants beginning to bloom…the peonie bush has one bloom and I am so thrilled. Colorado soil can produce peonies!!!

The children and I have loved the break from homeschooling and spending play time with our friends.

I love the longer days and the light in the evening.

Everything looks different and a little magical.

I hope you are loving the warmer nights and spending time with friends.

I am looking forward to picnics with the children, hikes as a family on the weekends and entertaining more outside.

Summer just gives me time to relax!

Did you notice that amongst the print on one of the petals of the paper rose are the words, “I think I can?” Ahhh…just like “The Little Engine That Could!”
