Show and Tell {Bedroom Makeover}

Thank you for all of the nice comments about Maddy’s new room!

I have gotten so many emails asking about paint color, lighting, bedding etc. that I wanted to share some of the details.

If you have anymore questions just ask in the comments I would be happy to answer them on this post.

I also have six different hat boxes that someone asked about.

Three of them are from Land of Nod and three of them are covered in vintage wallpapers (bought on Etsy).

I love how you shared all with us! I had just painted a very large 1970’s hutch dresser in hosta last week and love the color with a little antique glaze! Your putting that up against the honey yellow is very nice. I am so happy to see a girls room with color! The bedding is beautiful I did try to talk my daughter recently into trading out her bedding she has had for 5 years……duvet has horses and flowers with many different colors and she is not ready to give it up but when she is I love the contrast of the vintage colors that you are using, very cool! I bet your daughter loves her big girl room!

I think I just did a backflip when I read custom vintage duvets coming soon! I have a small addiction with changing out duvets too often so this might not be a good thing for my husband but I am super excited 🙂
Your daughter’s room is adorable and I can’t believe I didn’t even notice that adorable lil’ mantel the first time around!

Such a beautiful room.. I love your color combos.. my daughter would never go for that how did you get your daugher want such an adult room. You have a real knack for this.
